United We Stand

Well, I'm hoping I'll keep up with my posts better this time around, I always start off great and then slack off!

In Meet

Deadlift   550 (locked out 575 but missed on technicality)

I had been fighting a cold for about ten days before my meet and it finally hit me hard the day I woke up for the meet, Armed Forces championships.

Next meet will be on January 28th, Raw United, United We Stand
